Location. Staff people were slow, but flexible enough to solve problems!
Carpet on the floor (should remove this). Garage is small and hard to drive, but there is plenty of space outside and neighbourhood is ok.
Good location: the metro station is 5 min walking distance, quiet and clean room, good breakfast, ElCorte ingles (shopping center) - 7 min walking
It's just a remark: the hotel is not in the very center, but taxis are really cheap in Lisbon in comparison with other European countries
Nice breakfasts, accommodating staff
The hotel is suite central. Parking is tight for a big car. And I recommend to book in advance and free. Breakfast has an outside small Terrasse.
Good position in the quiet street near the underground station, friendly staff, good standard for good price.
Lack of space between tables in the breakfast room.
It is a convenient and well located hotel, close to Metro and nice local restaurants.
the price on Booked.net was excellent... triple room with breakfast and parking included.
The parking garage is extremely tight and deep underground. I only recommend it for a compact to mid-size car. I have a minivan and barely made the corners without scratching and that was with very much and extremely careful maneuvering. We ended up only finding a space on the very bottom level (-3).
Cosy and pleasant with romantic atmosphere room in a quiet street. Good breakfast.
Car park good for small cars only. Hard to park at the garage with tight corners.
The price and location is really good. Nice and helpful staff! Room isn't big, but cosy. I would stay there again.
Too thin walls - I heard everything my neighbours did. It would be better if there were more hooks in the bathroom.
Very nice hotel - car park good for small car only - breakfast good - not far from cortes ingles a large dept store - excellent Japanese buffet restaurant 2 streets away. Best way around town is to buy a daily metro ticket (about 3.70 Euro) - unlimited travel on bus, metro, tram and funicular. Metro and bus near hotel. Bus pack included parking, internet and breakfast
Friendly, clean and small scale in a nice quiet street Very civilised all round
The only thing that let the hotel down was the coffee at breakfast which was instant and came out of a machine. Somewhere like this needs good fresh coffee! Also the decor was a bit dated.
The location, breakfast, and computer usage.
It is not necessary to change all the towels all the time for a longer staying customers. Maybe you could use the same rule as in so many other places: if the towel is on the floor, please replace it. If it is on the rack, just leave it.
The staff were very nice and very helpful. The hotel was in a good location and value for money
that there was no tea and coffee making items in the room
Paying for a not very reliable internet connection, and the fact paying at all for internet these days is a drawback.
In general the hotel is ok
The breakfast was really horrible. I dont know how they managed to add burning taste to scrambled eggs each and every day. If you cant cook eggs, just boil them! The coffee at the breakfast is another disaster! Hotel needs to work on its breakfast
